Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes — fully refundable. The security deposit of ₹10,000–₹20,000 (depending on bike or motorcycle model) is refunded within 7 business days of vehicle return via online bank transfer. The 7-day retention period allows us to verify any pending traffic challans or penalties that may have been issued during your rental period. Yes. Pre-arrange your return time with our team via WhatsApp at least 12 hours in advance. Your security deposit is refunded within 7 business days via online bank transfer after we confirm no pending traffic challans exist for the rental period.
