– The program schedule / route/ mode of transport might be changed due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety of the group; the decision of the Program Director and/ or the Field director will be final & binding in this regard
– In case any participant falls sick during the tour, the expenses for medical treatment, travel & porter charges etc. will be borne by the concerned individual

Cancellation Policy:
– Upto Sixty (60) days or more before the tour departure; 100% of the tour amount is refunded

– Between Thirty (30) days to Forty-four (44) days before the tour departure; 50% of the tour amount is refunded

Welcome to Delhi - City of dreams
We will welcome you in Delhi where we will meet other travelers who will be together with us in the whole journey. Today you will meet them as strangers but once the journey has ended you will be best friends forever. Safety briefing sessions will continue after greetings over a cup of tea and some snacks.

New Delhi to Jammu - 590 KM'S
The day 1 of our tour will cover 590 KM’s from Delhi to Jammu. The tour will start early in the morning after breakfast. We will drive through highways and reach Jammu till evening.

Jammu to Srinagar - 266 KM'S
Day 2 will cover 266 KM’s and we will move from Jammu to Srinagar. The day will start at 9 am after breakfast. There will be some very well-organized highways and some tricky roads with challenging patches. Some long tunnels will also welcome you on the way. During this day we will encounter sky talking mountains as well.

Srinagar to Kargil - 202 KM's
On day 3, a 202 KM's distance will be covered from Srinagar to Kargil. The day will start at 9 am and we will reach Kargil by afternoon. During the journey, you will witness breathtaking views of the Kashmir valley. You will come across Beautiful scenery of Sonmarg valley and Zoji La pass. The evening will be spent in Kargil visiting the Drass War museum.

Kargil to Leh - 220 KM's
We plan to start a little early today, by 8:00 am, so that we will have ample time with us, to stop at some must visit places en route. We will travel through two more high passes today, Namika La and Fotu La. We will also visit the moon lands of Lamayuru. While reaching Leh, we will also visit the Magnetic Hill and Patthar Sahab Gurudwara.

Leh - 0 KM's
Today is the acclimatization day, to help us adjust with the high altitudes. We will take our required permits today and roam around Leh. We will visit Shanti Stupa, Shey Palace, Sangam, and Hall Of Fame and explore the local market.

Leh To Nubra Valley - 160 KM's
Gear up and speed off on the smooth tarmac to meet the Pangong Lake, traversing the Chang La (17586 ft) - the 3rd highest motorable pass in the world, left behind by Khardung La and Tanglang La. En route, pause for paying visits to the beautiful and peaceful monastaries around Leh – Hemis, Shey, Thiksey etc. Also, take some breaks in between to pose for snaps with the cascading waterfalls in the backdrop. On nearing the destination, walk the bikes to reach the tranquil lake, which was made famous after the filming of the iconic Bollywood film - 3 Idiots, at this very location. Arrive at Leh by evening. Overnight comfortable stay at the hotel.

Nubra Valley to Turtuk and Back - 190 KM's
We will have a lazy morning today. We will start for Turtuk at 10:00 am. We will visit the beautiful villages of Turtuk and Tyakshi. We will also go to Thang, which is the last village check post on India Pakistan Border. We will be back at Diskit by evening.
Nubra Valley To Pangong Tso - 175 KM's
After an early breakfast, we will start our day towards Pangong Tso by 7:00am. We will take the off roads of Agham- Shyok today to reach Pangong by late noon so that we will have ample time to explore the beauty of the beautiful Pangong Lake.

Pangong Tso To Leh - 160 KM's
Get up early, to witness a beautiful morning at Pangong. Post breakfast, we will head to Leh by 9:30 am. We will cross the Chang La today to reach Leh by early evening. We will go out to the Leh market today to have some good local foods and shop for the trip souvenirs.

Leh To Tsomoriri - 220 KM's
With an early morning departure to Tsomoriri, we will head to the Tanglang La. We will go through some real beautiful roads of Ladakh today to reach the beautiful lake by evening. We will be having very high chances of witnessing wildlife and birds today.

Tsomoriri To Sarchu - 230 KM's
So today we start our last day in Ladakh by 9:00 am and head towards Sarchu for the night stay. The day will take you to mixed roads, some good and some bad. We will reach by early evening to relax in the beautiful environs.

Sarchu To Manali - 230 KM's
We will start early again by 8:00 to avoid tourist rush at Rohtang Pass. We will cross the famous Baralacha La, Gata Loops and Zing Zing Bar today to reach Rohtang pass by noon. Descent from Rohtang pass, will take us through the beautiful roads through pristine green forests. We end the day at Manali today.

Manali To Delhi - 540 KM's
Finally, the Ladakh trip comes to an end as we start our last day towards Delhi. We will start by 9:00 am so that we reach Delhi by late evening.
