• If you rent a motorbike from StoneheadBikes.com, or make a deposit for one of our motorbikes, you agree to our terms conditions.
  
  
• In the rare case where a specific motorbike is not available for the day the reservation period starts, we will provide you with an equal motorbike or we will even upgrade your reservation if we cannot provide a similar bike, for the time until your reserved bike is available again.
  
  
• The hirer of the motorbike has to maintain the bike and take at least as good care of it, as it was his own property!
  
  
• There is no refund on already paid rental fees.
  
  
• In case of a damaged vehicle the hirer has to inform the shop owner first. Damaged vehicles are to be repaired at Stoneheadbikes.com only, except punctures. Anybody found to break this rule has to pay a fine and all costs that could arise through inappropriate work or spear parts.
  
  
• Only the hirer is responsible for the vehicle. In case is the damage evaluation of the owner the final evaluation!
  
  
• Deposits: Depending on vehicle value we accept passports, credit card deposit and cash. Any deposit will be returned after the vehicle has been returned and everything is in order.
